10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical health information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyCare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that AI extractions will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
